UX WRITING FOR APPLICATION ONBOARDING SCREENS

I assisted the UX design team in writing UX copy for onboarding screens for a new application. Below are two of four total screens that make up the onboarding process.

CONNECTWISE cpq LESSON

I helped to write and structure the content for a lesson created for users of ConnectWise’s quote and proposal software, ConnectWise CPQ. I worked with an instructional designer and a subject matter expert to develop this training. Below are screenshots of a section detailing Success Scores, which indicate the progress of a quote in a particular stage. The section includes interactive activities like click-through tabs that explain each color-coded Success Score and a knowledge check for users to match scores with their corresponding colors.

DOCUMENTATION FOR AI SOLUTION

I collaborated with product developers to create documentation and educational videos for ConnectWise Sidekick for PSA, an AI-powered solution that automates complex tasks and enhances business efficiency. Below is the main landing page, which includes links to additional documentation for each feature available.

GOOGLE UX DESIGN PROJECT

As a project for my Google UX Design course, I designed an app in Figma for a bakery. To begin the project, I first conducted UX research, which involved creating problem statements, user personas, and journey maps to understand users and their needs. Next, I started to design the app, which involved creating paper wireframes, digital wireframes, and a low-fidelity prototype. I then conducted usability studies to learn user pain points with my design. Lastly, I incorporated feedback from the user testing to refine my design and create a high-fidelity prototype, complete with UX copy. The mockups of 16 screens are shown in the below screenshot.
